Ski holidays in Säntis

The ski area of Säntis is located in eastern Switzerland, on the flanks of the giant Alp Säntis (2500m). The area is accessible by a huge gondola at the Schwägalp up the mountain. The Schwägalp Pass (1278m altitude) is a connection between the cantons of Appenzell and St. Gallen. The ski area has a beautiful park located around the NaturErlebnispark Schwägalp / Säntis and is enormously popular with families with children, because the ski runs are interspersed with beautiful vistas and small waterfalls. You even see Moose,Springboks, and other animals in this area!
