The ski resort Les Quatre Vallées (Vier Täler) is located in the middle of Wallis in Switzerland. This enormous ski area includes the ski villages Bruson, La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Thyon-Les Collons, Verbier, and Veysonnaz. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is virtually no ski area so full of things to make it a perfect ski destination: perfect snow conditions and weather, great slopes, lively apres-ski, and much more fun in the snow! Les Quatre Vallées is centered around the world-famous ski-holiday destination, Verbier. Despite the fact that this ski area has an enormous capacity in terms of winter sport quests, it still has been able to maintain a romantic atmosphere complete with chalet-style accommodations.

For experts and advanced skiers, Verbier has the best ski slopes, especially the runs from Attelas and Ruinettes. Mont Gele Glacier has a number of black slopes that even scare the ski pros. The advantage of the slopes around Nendaz and Veysonnaz is that you can descend from all the highest peaks into the valley, sometimes providing hours of skiing fun!

Snowboarding Les Quatre Vallées

Verbier is great, almost unparalleled even in Europe, for the off-piste fans. If the snow permits it there are tremendous off-piste descents from Mont Gele and Mont Fort. The Snowpark of La Chaux is great and has a huge number of modules. In addition, there are several small fun parks and four large boarder crosses in the region, so there is enough fun for snowboarders as well!
