The ski holiday village Kandersteg lies in the Bernese Oberland ski area at the end of the Kandertal. The ski slopes suit the novice and more advanced skier very well. The ski area is especially suitable for hikers and cross-country skiers. In total there are over 50 kilometers of cross country and hiking trails.

Slope information Adelboden-Frutigen-Lenk - Kandersteg

The ski slopes in this area are spread over two ski areas. The area around Adelboden-Frutigen has the following slopes: Silleren-Hahnenmoos, Chuenisbärgli, Tschentenalp, Engstligenalp, and Elsigen-Metsch. The World Cup run at Chuenisbärgli is a major challenge for advanced skiers. The second part of this ski area, Simmental-Lenk, includes the ski slopes of Metsch and Betelberg.
