Ski holidays in Arosa

The ski resort Arosa (Schneesicher.at) is situated in the Graubünden region in Switzerland. Snow certainly is the magic word in this area. The snow forecasts at Arosa are great throughout the season. Even in March, there is an average of 80 cm of snow! Additionally, the sun shines here about 8-12 hours a day, allowing for sunbathing on the many terraces atop the slopes. Arosa is also very popular as a wellness destination with a large number of Kneipp spas. Here, you come to relax!

Slope information Arosa - Arosa

Despite not really having an enormous number of slopes, Arosa offers enough for all levels to experience winter. Due to the enormous altitude, the snow here is perfect on just about every ski run. The two huge mountain giants, the Hörnli and the Weisshorn, can be reached by relatively few ski lifts, but they have an enormous capacity (more than 20,000 skiers) per hour. The slopes, particularly the blue and red ones, at the top are wide. For experts, there are fewer kilometres of slopes, and perhaps the ski slope from the Weisshorn to Carmennahütte is the only descent that offers a real challenge.
