Ski holidays in Sälen

The Sälen ski resort is located in the Jämtland region. The Sälen Ski Arena includes 7 different ski resorts, four of these ski resorts, Högfjället, Hundfjället, Lindvallen Tandådalen are part of Skistar Sälen and accessible with one ski pass. There are also separate ski resorts: Näsfjället i Sälen, Stoten i Sälen and Kläppen. The ski resorts Kläppen and Lindvallen are the ultimate winter destination for families with children. For the little ones, there are excellent facilities including a fun park.

Slope information Sälen - Sälen

The Sälen Ski Arena offers more than 145 km of ski runs and 300 kilometers of cross-country runs. This all is unlocked by 100 lifts and supported by 80 snow cannons. Most of the ski area is part of Skistar Sälen and has 115 slopes and 85 ski lifts. Besides the villages connected by Skistar, Sälen there are also separate ski areas: Kläppen (32 runs), Nässfjället (11 runs) and Stöten (30 runs).

Snowboarding Sälen

For snowboarders there are 2 snowparks in Kläppen. In Stöten i Sälen there is a small funpark with a number of modules, including a Big Air Bag.
