Ski resort Ramundberget is located in the ski region Destination Funäsdalen in Jämtland in Sweden. Ramundberget is located approximately 8 hours drive from the Swedish capital Stockholm. Ramundberget is our favorite destination in Funäsdalen. The charm of the village, the ski slopes and all other facilities, this is really a place where you can enjoy a nice winter week whether you're beginner or advanced. For families with children Ramundberget is also very suitable. With 8 lifts and 38 runs Ramundberget is one of the largest ski resorts in Sweden. As part of Destination Funäsdalen you can also use the slopes in Tänndalen, Tännäskröket and Funäsdalsberget on one ski pass.

In total you will find 121 runs in Destination Funäsdalen (most runs in any ski resort in Sweden), and 35 ski lifts spread over 4 different ski areas: Ramundberget, Funäsdalsberget, Tänndalen and the recently added Tännäskröket. Besides this enormous diversity for alpine skiers, cross-country skiers find hundreds of kilometers of trails in this area including 300 kilometers of cross-country trails connecting all 4 ski resorts. With 6 peaks above 1000 meter, the ski area is located very high being extremely snow certain for all types of winter sports. For a snowmobile safari in Destination Funäsdalens the ski resort is also very well suited with more than 400km of connected snow scooter trails.

Ramundberget is also known as a 'luxury' and 'exclusive' ski resorts of the country. Besides skiing you can eat well here on the various mountain restaurants and the 'after ski' as they call in Sweden is a lot of fun.
