Ski holidays in Golte

Golte Ski Resort is located in the Savinskja Alps in the east of the Karavanke Mountains. The ski area is well suited for families with children because it is easy to oversee, and one of the big hotels is in the midst of the ski slopes.

With 12 km of ski runs (2 km black, 7 km red, 3 km blue) the Golte ski area has some nice runs for all levels of skier or snowboarder. Most lifts start after the big gondola at the foot of the mountain Medvedjak, where there is also a hotel and the largest mountain restaurant.

Snowboarding Golte

Snowboarders can participate in open downhill slalom competitions in Golte, but for freestyle boarders there is not a lot to do.

Skischools Golte

The ski school of Golte can teach beginners to ski, snowboard and also gives cross-country skiing lessons.
