Ski holidays in Glencoe

Glencoe ski resort is located in the west of the Scottish Highlands near the village of Fort William. Glencoe Ski is also called White Corries ski center, and is one of the older ski resorts of Scotland. Besides the village of Fort William, about 30 minutes away, there is also accommodation for rent in small hamlets near the ski resort, such as in Bridge of Orchy , Ballachulish and Birchbrae.

The ski slopes of Glencoe ski are on the flank of Meall a Bhuiridh, a huge giant Scottish mountain with a top of around 3600 meters. The ski slopes in Glencoe are attractive for both beginners and advanced skiers. Even experts have enough challenges in Glencoe, with a large number of freestyle runs and the biggest vertical drop in Scotland (around 800 meters down!)
