Slope information Kvitfjell - Kvitfjell

The Kvitfjell ski resort has very modern facilities. For example, more than 80% of the ski slopes are equipped with snow making machines. The slopes of Kvitfjell were the setting of the Alpine downhill descent during the Olympic Games in Lillehammer in 1994. The ski run that was used, the Olympiabakken (Olympic downhill in Norwegian) is the host of a World Cup event for women and / or men almost every year. With 23 ski slopes, the area is not extremely large, but still offers enough challenge for one week of skiing regardless of your skill level as a skier. There is also night skiing in the season on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. For cross-country skiers lastly, there is a network of no less than 120km of trails in the area.
