Manganui ski resort is located on the Mt. Taranaki in the Egmont National Park on the North Island of New Zealand. The nearest town is Stratford at 18km and the city of New Plymouth (with National Airport) is located about 55km. The ski resort Manganui is run by the Stratford Mountain club, and is not really a full commercial resort. The facilities here are perfect nevertheless.

The total size of the Manganui ski area is 59 hectares which are linked together by four different ski lifts. Because of the small number of slopes, the ski area is especially popular with locals. The majority of the runs are for advanced skiers.
