Ski holiday destination Halfing, or Avelengo is connected together with Meran to form the ski resort Meran 2000. Avelongo-Hafling is situated on top Merano and is a really ski village, unlike Merano down the mountain, there is nothing mundane to be discovered about Hafling, it is a quiet ski destination, where you go with an old small ski lift up to Meran 2000.

Slope information Meran 2000 - Hafling

As the name suggests, the most ski slopes in Meran 2000 are above 2000 meters. This makes the snow conditions in this ski area perfect. Merano is also a popular ski area for ski holidays around Easter. There are 40 km of ski runs and 20 km cross-country trails.
