Ski holidays in Civetta

Civetta Ski area, also known as Skicivetta, is situated in the Dolomites in Belluno, Italy. The ski area includes the villages Alleghe, Zoldo, Selva and Palafavera. The combination of the giant mountains and Lake Alleghe nearby, provides panoramic views that are simply fantastic! Skicivetta lies in the Civetta Mountains, a section of the Dolomites that is part of the Dolomiti Superskipas area. In addition to its own ski area this region includes among others the slopes of Alta Badia, Tre Valli, Val di Fassa Fassatal, Val di Fiemme, St. Martino di Castrozza and Val Gardenia. Ski Civetta is a known but not too busy ski area, where you shouldn't hesitate to go together with the whole family, even the facilities for the bambini are perfect!

The ski slopes of SkiCivetta lie around the Monte Civetta who Alleghe of Zoldo separates. The slopes on the side of Alleghe are challenging, and if you are staying in Zoldo you should not miss night skiing here! You can also take a bus to the Marmolada Glacier (and the ski resort of Arabba) and to the rest of the Sella Ronda. With the Dolomiti Superskipas, it seems there is no end to enjoy all those Italian slopes! (no less than 1200 km of trails in total)

Snowboarding Civetta

There is an old snow park in Alleghe, near the Baldi-piste. From the 2008-2009 season, there is also a new fun park created in the valley of Zoldo, next to the Christelin chairlift.
