Having stayed there in 2010 we were rudely treated at one point during the time there, which to be fair, was good. We dismissed this as a one-off. Another worrying issue that occurred was our numberplate (licence plate) was ripped off our car outside of the chalet. The police told us this was something that had happened before. We also dismissed this as a one off. The next year we decided to book early to try to secure a selection of chalet. For a second time we were not only rudely treated and it was almost as if we were asking for something out of the ordinary.
I would caution people to tread carefully with this resort. There is clearly a lack of customer orientation and interest in pleasing.
