I've been to Canazei in the past, but came back after almost 20 years and the town is very beautiful, with lots of great hotels and restaurants, proximity to lifts that take you to the gigantic Sella Ronda tour, a free ski bus and so far, great weather. The snow as of March 1 is pretty decent- with no real powder, but wind-packed and ice and some good corn snow can be found. It's the middle of the white week holidays, so lots of families but still not too,too crowded
