Carlsfeld is located in the Erz Mountains (also known as Carlsfeld im Erzgebirge) in Germany. The skilift in Hirschkopf is situated close-by and has a modest ski area with two drag lifts, a reasonable descent and a small fun park. Really something for beginners and day trippers. Evening skiing is possible here as well. Carlsfeld is also close to the Kammloipe, a very long cross-country route through the entire Erz Mountains.

Apres ski in Carlsfeld

Apres-ski in Carlsfeld is fun but limited. The Glass-iglu Rondodrom on the mountain is by far the nicest place to visit.
