Bischofsheim (also known as Bischofsheim on the Rhön) is located in the Rhön mountains in Germany. The ski area around Bischofsheim is divided into two separate ski areas: the Arnsberg and the Kreuzberg (932 meters high). At the Arnsberg there is a small descent, and about 6km of cross-country tracks (Rundloipe Oberweißenbrunn). At the Kreuzberg, choice is a lot more extensive, and there are more than 11 possible descents between 600 meters and 928 meters.

Skischools and ski hire in Bischofsheim-Arnsberg

Both the Kreuzberg and the Arnsberglifte have their own ski school. At the Arnsberglifte Skischule Rhön (skischule-rhoen.de) and at the Kreuzberg, the traditional ski school Elmar Wappes (at the Rothanglift).
