Val thorens is the ski slopes-ceiling of Europe. As the highest resort in Europe, it has the absolute greatest snow report of the whole of Les Trois Vallees. With an altitude of 2300 meters it is the resort certain of snow and seems almost everything in the village has been made for winter sports and skiing. In Val Thorens, you will really appreciate the cable car to Cîme Caron, the highest point in the three valleys. At the top this has one of the most spectacular views you will ever see anywhere in the world. The weather can change rapidly at the top of this mountain, so make sure you are dressed well, even if it appears warm and sunny.
