The vast resort of Paradiski is situated at the heart of the French Alps. Since December 2003 this area connects the ski resorts of Les Arcs, La Plagne and Peisey Vallandry. With almost 10,000 beds, 2 glaciers, 3 peaks above 3,000 meters and several descent of about 2,000 meters, it is not difficult to understand why they are called Paradiski. A true mecca for the demanding skifanatic. De three combined resorts consist of several separate ski resorts; Les Arcs consists of Arc Pierre Blanche - Arc 1600, Arc 1800 and Arc 2000. La Plagne is divided into Belle Plagne, Aime la Plagne Soleil and Plagne. A verry different are of the region is Champagny-Vanoise and Montchavin - Les Coches. These villages are much less touristic and attract people in search for relaxation and long walks through the natural parks in the neighborhood.

Paradiski offers slopes for everyone from novice skiers to the almost-pro's. In Paradiski you can ski at new ski slopes each day. The Vanoise Express lift connects the slopes and it is the only one in its kind and one of the fastest and largest gondolas in the world. (The Vanoise Express makes it possible to carry 2000 people per hour!) The slopes at Peisey Vallandry are best suited for beginners. The slopes around the Col des Frettes and Col du Grand Retard are fun for different ability levels. The advanced find challenging slopes around the Aiguille Rouge in 2000 and around the Arc Villaroger.

For snowboarders Paradiski area offers a tremendous amount of facilities: - A halfpipe and the so-called 7-3 in La Plagne (an almost American like snowpark that is unprecedented across france with a variety of modules spread over a 900 meter-long freestyle run) The enormous Apocalypse Snowpark in Les Arcs. (An equally large snowpark with green, red and black (!) Descent along a variety of modules)
