Ski holidays in Les Arcs

One of the two main parts of the Paradiski ski resort is Les Arcs. (together with the area around La Plagne) Les Arcs itself consists of 5 villages: - Bourg Saint Maurice - Arc Pierre Blanche - Arc 1600 - Arc 1800 - Arc 1950 - Arc 2000 The villages are very well connected and each has its own character and type of audience. In Arc 1600 for example you mostly see families, Arc 1800 is especially popular among the younger audience because of the apres-ski possibilities. Arc 2000 is probably the quietest village, while Arc 1950 is completely new, and attracts sportive skiers. In the valley station, Bourg Saint Maurice finally, the hotels and facilities are by far the most diverse and in the evenings as well as the weekends, this is certainly worth a trip.

The slopes around the Col des Frettes and Col du Grand Retard are fun for different ability levels. The advanced find the slopes around the Aiguille Rouge in 2000 and around the Arc Villaroger challenging.
