Ski holidays in La Thuile

La Thuile is located in Italy, but is part of ski area Espace Bernardo together with La Rosiere in France. In summer, La Thuile is connected to France via the Piccolo San Bernardo Pass. The area is also easily accessible in winter, an hour's drive from Chamonix and 2 hours drive from (airport) Geneva, through the Month Blanc tunnel.

In the French section, La Rosiere, the ski runs are especially suitable for beginners, but if you go in the direction of La Thuile in Italy, skiing becomes much more challenging. Especially the long descent of le Belvedere to Thuile is worthwhile.

There are 8, 9, cafes and bars in La Thuile including Café Berthod, Café Faubourg and Angela's cafe. There are also a number of restaurants both in and around the village and on the ski slopes.
