Arc 1800 is the largest village in the ski resort of Les Arcs. (Together with the area around La Plagne, Les Arcs ski resort Paradiski) Arc 1800 is the most vibrant part of Les Arcs and is popular among the young winter sports enthusiasts.

Slope information Paradiski - Arc 1800

Paradiski offers slopes for everyone from novice skiers to the almost-pro. In Paradiski you can ski on other ski slopes each day. The Vanoise Express lift connects the slopes and it is the only one of its kind and one of the fastest and largest gondolas in the world. (The Vanoise Express makes it possible to carry 2000 people per hour!) The slopes at Peisey Vallandry are best suited for beginners. The slopes around the Col des Frettes and Col du Grand Retard are fun for different ability levels. The advanced find the slopes around the Aiguille Rouge in 2000 and around the Arc Villaroger challenging.

Apres ski in Arc 1800

Already in the course of the afternoon, the terraces in Les Arc 1800 are full of fun. With a great variety of bars, restaurants and discotheques, this is one of the great skiing holiday destinations in France. Entertainment in one of the pianobars also comes highly recommended!

Snowboarding in Arc 1800

For snowboarders, Paradiski area offers a tremendous amount of facilities:a half pipe and the so-called 7-3 in La Plagne (an almost American like snow park that is unprecedented across France with a variety of modules spread over a 900 meter-long freestyle run) or the enormous Apocalypse Snow park in Les Arcs. (An equally large snow park with green, red and black (!) descents along a variety of modules)

Skischools and ski hire in Arc 1800

The largest ski schools in 1800 Arc of Les Arcs: - ESF (French ski school) with more than 100 ski instructors - Arc Aventures (International Ski School) more than 35 ski instructors.
