Corralco ski resort is located on the flanks of the Lonquimay volcano in the Malalcahuello-Nalcas National Reserve in Chile. The nearest major town is Temuco, located at approximately 2.5 hours drive. Corralco, also called Lonquimay-Corralco was created a few years ago and is one of the best alternatives in southern Chile to go skiing or snowboarding.

The slopes of Corralco are relatively compact, with only 7 runs that are particularly suitable for beginners. In total the ski area has 200 acres of ski slopes, but Corralco also has plenty of off-piste terrain to explore. More advanced skiers can enjoy cat-skiing or heli-skiing.
Besides skiing and snowboarding Corralco als offers snowshoeing tours.
There is a small terrain park for freestyle skiers and snowboarders in Corralco.

Corralco the Escuela de Ski (Ski School) offers ski and snowboard lessons for every skill level. Whether you're a beginner or would like to take some off piste lessons to anything is possible. The ski school also has a daycare for children with a winter playground.
