Ski holidays in Chapa Verde

Chapa Verde Ski Resort is located in Rancagua and Cachapoal Valley in Chile. Chapa Verde is located approximately 80km south of the Chilean capital Santiago and is easily accessible by car. Chapa Verde is equally easily accessible by public transport, with a train connection to Rancagua, frome where special buses go. Despite its small size Chapa Verde is a friendly ski resort with mostly cabins as accommodation.

Apart from the 22 slopes of the ski area Chapa Verde also has some good off piste runs that cross through the prepared ski runs. The ski resort is run by the Chapa Verde Ski Club, which ensures that the slopes are well prepared. Four simple drag lifts and a triple chair lift bring you up to the peak, with a certical drop of almost 700 meters! The skiing area extends over 1200 acres.
