Ski holidays Sun Peaks

Sun Peaks is a fantastic resort for both skiers and snowboarders. The majority of the mountain is composed of great beginner and intermediate runs suitable for the entire family. If you are an expert rider looking for some new lines to cut, there are plenty. You just have to be willing to be adventurous and study the trail map so you know where to find them. There are unbelievable powder runs off the West Bowl T-Bar, and it is well worth exploring. Sun Peaks offers a large range of on hill facilities, including a large village is full of a range of shops. A great place to spend the evenings with your family or with your significant other. There are plenty of restaurants to take in, and range from pizza parlors to upscale dining experiences. I have been riding at Sun Peaks for the last 15 years, and have seen the expansion from the previously named Todd Mountain, to the new Sun Peaks. It is a wonderful mountain to visit and one that my family and I go to every year. I find something new to take in every year, and it is always in the top 3 on our ski destination list. Finding accomodations during the busy Christmas season is not always possible, but the city of Kamloops is only a short drive down the hill. The roads are kept in great condition, and the city offers numerous types of accomodations to suit any family or any budget. Check out the hill, you will enjoy.
