Ski holidays in Wagrain

The ski resort Wagrain is located in the ski area Salzburger Sportwelt in the Salzburg region. It is easily accessible and situated right along the motorway. The village is surrounded by mountains and has typically Austrian houses.

There are slopes at all skier ability levels, form beginners to experts. Amidst the typical Austrian environment, the après-ski is great and exuberant! The ski slopes of the Salzburger Sportwelt are divided over a number of separate sk areas: Skischaukel Flachau-Wagrain-St.Johann, the Skiparadies Zauchensee-Flachauwinkel-Kleinarl, Radstadt-Altenmarkt, Filzmoos-Neuberg and Eben.

There are a few apres-ski options that are worthwhile, mainly at the bottom of the ski lifts. There is also an indoor pool in Wagrain.

For snowboarders, the Salzburger Sportwelt offers: 3 halfpipes, 2 quarterpipes, 6 funparks and boardercross. There are half-pipes and a number of funparks in Flachauwinkl also include a boarderscross. Because of the wide variety of slopes, the area is suitable for all snowboard ability levels.
