The ski village St. Margarethen lies in the Lungau-Katschberg ski resort in the Salzburg region. St. Margarethen is a small farmers' village in the Lungau. It is an ideal starting point for many activities. The ski area has about 60 kilometers of ski slopes.

Slope information Lungau-Katschberg - St. Margarethen

The Katschberg ski area offers approximately 65 km of beautiful slopes. The snowy conditions are perfectly maintained by the high altitude and huge amount of snow cannons. The Lungau-Katschberg ski area combines three major ski sectors: the ski slopes of the Katschberg-Aineck, the descents of the Grosseck-Speiereck and the ski slopes around Fanningberg.
