suggestions Would you like to add or correct some info, or do you know something that we don't, let us know
Ski holiday village See, in the Paznauntal of Tyrol is known for its perfect snow forecast the entire season. Because the area, which together with Ischgl, Samnaun and Kappl is called the Silvretta-Arena, has a high and favourable geographic location, you can ski here from mid November to April. Ski resort See is a good alternative to the slightly more expensive Ischgl. See is located right at the beginning of the Paznauntal and the village has many chalets surrounding the main road. For skiing fans that have enough in a relatively small ski area, they may well go to the mountains of ski resort See itself. If you want some more mundane slopes, the village of Ischgl has a lot to offer. From there you can also ski to Samnaun, where you can go tax-free shopping at the top of the mountains. The advantage of the ski resort See is that even in mid-season there are no waiting times at the ski lifts.

Slope information Paznauntal - See

In Ischgl, 1 of the 3 lifts will bring you to the large ski area Silvretta Ski Arena (more than 230 kilometers). Kappl, See and Galtür, each have their own small ski area. The distance between the villages is quite small, so if you're in one of the smaller villages it is easy to go ski in the larger ski area. If you like off-piste skiing, you can take a snowcat with your guide you to the Piz Val Gronda of the Heidelberger-hutte, from where you can enjoy wonderful untouched slopes.

Apres ski in See

Despite the fact that ski resort See is a relatively small village, it has more than 10 restaurants and several bars where you can enjoy a modest apres-ski.
