The ski area of Osterhorn is located in the Salzburg region. It is one of the vast regions in Salzburg. The ski area Gaissau Hintersee, around the Hintersee ski resorts the most important holiday destination.

Slope information Osterhorn - Osterhorn

The Gaiß au Hintersee ski area in Osterhorn is not very large, but especially for a family ski holiday, it offers more than enough. For the more advanced skiers there is a spicy mogul slopes from the Wieserhorndl (approximately 1600m). Besides good snow conditions all year round, the slopes are also almost all on the sunny side of the hill!

Snowboarding Osterhorn

The facilities for snowboarders are limited to the regular slopes, and a number of powder sections just off the slopes.

There are two ski schools Hintersee-Gaissau. In total the area has about 35 ski instructors.
