Ski holidays in Oberennstal

The ski area of Oberennstal is located right in the center of the Steiermark region. The two ski resorts in this area are Donnersbach and Donnersbachwald. As a result of the high altitude of these resorts, snow conditions in Oberennstal are always perfect!

Slope information Oberennstal - Oberennstal

The slopes of Donnersbach (the Planneralm) and Donnersbachwald (Riesneralm) are the overall ski area of Oberennstal. The Riesneralm offers a total of 25km of slopes (3km black, red 7km and 15km blue). Additionally, there is a natural toboggan run of up to 6 km! The Planneralm also offers about 15km of slopes (2km black, 11km red and 2km blue).

Snowboarding Oberennstal

The snow park at Planneralm is a good tip for novice snowboarders. The pipes and other modules in this park are relatively simple, but offer a good area to practice jumps.

Skischools Oberennstal

The Planneralm ski school has 8 ski instructors. These instructors also take advanced skiers on ski-safari's. The Rieseneralm 'Magic Snow' ski school has about 20 ski instructors.
