The ski resort Ischgl is located in the Silvretta Arena (Paznauntal) in Tyrol. With expensive shops, modern lifts and expanded apres-ski, this skiing destination is very popular.
Even many celebrities are spotted here. Ischgl is one of the more expensive winter sports areas of Austria, with beautiful hotels, a car-free city-center and a cozy atmosphere. As is traditionally the case, the ski season is opened in Ischgl already in November and closed in April.
There are often world famous artists that help open and close the season with the so-called op of the mountain concert, a fantastic party!
