Ski holidays in Hintertux

Tux, Hintertux and the nearby Lanersbach are connected to the ski resort of the Hintertux glacier and Zillertal 3000 in the Zillertal. In the Middle of the Tuxertal lies Lanersbach, and above, near the Tuxer glacier, is located Hintertux. The glacier gives the ski resort a snow forecast that is fantastic almost all year round! Hintertux is a ski-in ski-out village with all modern facilities you can wish for!

Zillertal offers more than 600 kilometers of groomed slopes and about 150 lifts! The broad valley offers excellent hiking and cross country, while the surrounding mountains are totally covered with lifts. Not all ski areas in the Zillertal are connected to one another. Zillertal is divided into 3 smaller ski areas, within those smaller ski areas all routes are connected to each other. These are the ski areas: Zillertal Arena, Ski Zillertal 3000 and Hochillertal.

Apres ski in Hintertux

Most restaurants are top on top of the glacier, but also the cafes in Hintertux in the village. Après-Ski Gaudi, Almbar and Nostalschi Bars are very popular. Also try relaxing in one of the many wellness-spa's in Tux!

Zillertal offers excellent snowboard facilities. There are no less than 5 funparks with many halfpipes, quarterpipes and multiple modules.
