The Grossarltal ski area is located in the region Grossarl Salzburg, in Austria. This beautiful landscape is especially suited for cross-country skiing. While sliding down through the beautiful wooded area with the sun in your face you will imagine yourself in another world. Grossartal is a low-priced alternative for families. The well-maintained broad slopes in this ski resort make it appealing to young and old. In Grossartal you will not encounter major parties, but the nightlife is very easy going. You will find a lot of nice ski huts and pubs. Grossartal consists of the villages Grossarl and Hüttschlag.

The Grossarl offers more than 80 kilometers of well-prepared slopes. All this is accessible by 20 lifts. Grossarl is also part of the Skiverbond Amade, giving you access to more than 850 kilometers of slopes in the surrounding areas such as the Salzburg Sports, Dachstein Tauern, Schladming and Hochkönigs Winterreich.
