Gries am Brenner is located near the Brenner Pass and next to the town of Steinach am Brenner. It is part of the Bergeralm in the Wipptal that is situated in the Stubaier Alps in Tyrol.
In Gries am Brenner itself there are no skiing possibilities. For this you can easily go to the ski resort Bergeralm in one of the other smaller surrounding villages. Steinach offers the greatest connection to Bergeralm.
