The ski village Damüls is is the highest village in the ski resort Bregenzer Forest in the region as Vorarlberg. Around 1400 meters altitude against the back of some small hills lies the ski holiday village of Damüls. It is a charming skiing village with its own small ski resort. Many chairlifts make the ski area Damüls ideal for snowboarders. Damüls according to their own words holds the world record as the most snow-rich ski village in the world. There are almost 9.5 meters of snow that fall here each year during the ski season.
