Slope information Mühlviertel - Bad Leonfelden
Actually, each village has its own small ski resort in this region. Bad Leonfelden has the ski area around the Sternstein Lifte, with about 10km of slopes. Sandl also offers approximately 5 km slopes, the ski area of Sandl / Viehberg (with 2 small lifts). The ski area of Hochficht is the largest of these three villages and offers approximately 20km of slopes.Snowboarding in Bad Leonfelden
In Hochficht there is a small snow-park down in the village. Thanks to some snow cannons, there snow always stays in this area. The offpiste possibilities are more limited in this area, but for the novice snowboarder there is plenty to learn.Skischools and ski hire in Bad Leonfelden
